Gently is a tracker for people using GLP-1 medications. We built it around one rule: what you log stays on your phone.

What Gently stores

Shots (date, medication, dose, injection site, notes), weight entries, side-effect notes, optional cycle notes, your plan settings and your first name if you choose to enter one. All of this is saved in a file on your device and, for the widget, in the app's private container on the same device. If you use iCloud device backups, Apple may include that file in your backup under Apple's own terms.

What Gently does not do

• No account, no sign-up, no email address.
• No servers of ours. Your data is never uploaded to us.
• No analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no tracking across apps.
• No selling or sharing of data with anyone.

Purchases

Gently Plus subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to the transaction.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Nothing is sent through a push server.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app deletes everything Gently stored. You can also delete individual entries inside the app.

Not medical advice

Gently is a tracking tool, not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice. Decisions about dose, timing and treatment belong with you and your prescriber.
